Subject: Issue with Missing Funds in Deriv Account

Dear Deriv Support Team,

I am writing to address a concerning issue with my account. On 29-03-2024, I deposited $17,000 into my Deriv account. Initially, the deposit was reflected in my account balance. However, to my surprise, the following day, my account balance showed $0.00.

Upon contacting Deriv support, I was informed that the funds were sent to my account. However, I have been unable to locate the funds in my designated account.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter further and recovering the missing funds. Any clarification or guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My problem is not solved I have deposited aprox 17000 dollars from deriv account to mt5 account but later my funds are not showing
