Account closed after do update

Hi, i do the process to update and relogin account in mt5 app, then my account in Deriv SVG (its that i use) appears like closed, now I cannot operate. Mt5 web shows “Trading is disabled for your account on the server”. I wrote a ticket but i still waiting.
What can I do?
