Account closure due to inactivity

I funded my deriv account and later on a mail was sent to me that my MT5 accounts were closed/deactivated due a long period of inactivity.
Please rectify this issue soonest and latest today please!!!

Why are these people not replying coz I am experiencing the same problem and if your problem was solved,how did you do it coz I need my account to be working as soon as possible.
