Could you please let us know if you are talking about your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account?
If yes, kindly be informed that MT5 real accounts will be closed and archived after 30 days of inactivity.

Please note that when an Mt5 account is closed and archived due to inactivity for more than 30 days, the remaining balance from that account is automatically reversed back to the main Deriv account.
