Cashier not working

My cashier is not working for more than a month now, I keep messaging deriv through live chat everyday but nothing was done about it. Tickets upon ticket .
I manage to fund the account but I can’t transfer to mt5 and I can’t withdraw it back.
I lost my money out of frustrations.
They keep keep telling me to update my browser, but another account is working properly on my phone yet I have used 7 different devices to login my account same issue .
