This is to inform you that our Crypto services will undergo scheduled maintenance on 30 August, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (GMT) to enhance your trading experience.
What to expect:
- Cryptocurrency trading will be temporarily unavailable on Deriv MT5, Deriv cTrader, Deriv X, and Deriv Trader.
- You can still trade other markets using your current account balance. Open positions won’t be affected.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals and transfers won’t be affected.
- Trading on Derived Indices won’t be affected.
What you should do:
Review and manage your open positions before maintenance begins. During scheduled maintenance, modifying or closing positions on cryptocurrencies will not be possible.
Our services will be back online as soon as maintenance is over.
