I am requesting technical assistance regarding a missing deposit. I mistakenly sent USDT from Binance using the BSC (BEP20) network to my Deriv EUSDT (ERC20) deposit address.
The transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, but the funds have not appeared in my Deriv account because of the network mismatch. I understand that EUSDT addresses on Deriv usually expect the Ethereum network, but since the wallet address is the same format, I would like to request a manual recovery of these funds.
