The deposit I made on Deriv using Help2Pay was not successful in spite it was successfully debited from my Bank of Philippine Island (BPI) account. Further investigation showed that the funds was transferred to another account.
BPI confirmed that the funds was transferred to another account and not to my Deriv account.
Looks like there’s an anomaly using the Help2Pay online bank transfer.
Deriv should investigate why my deposit was directed to another person’s account using Help2Pay.
