Deposit via unsupported network

I made a mistake and transfer from Binance using an unsupported network. I reached out via liveChat, but the support guy was not of any help and didn’t provide any useful information beyond the script they’re told to use.

Anyways, I just want to know if there’s a way to recover those funds.

Hi. I’ve already contacted customer support via livechat, but didn’t received any useful information. It seems to me that if a given situation is not taken into account in their script, they actually don’t know what to do, and this shows costumer support knows nothing about the workings of the platform.
