Deposit not in my deriv account but my bank account was debit

Hello Deriv,

I made a deposit of 100USD equivalent to 41600 naira and the fund was debited from my account till present am yet to receive it in my account. please help rectify the error and i have try contacting through live chat it was the robot responding to my noting no customer agent online for over 2 days.
