Deriv not sending withdrawals and not responding in chat customer service

Its a whole week taking me in circles without sending my withdrawal customer service dont respond and make sure u cant open a live chat to follow up on it. No ticket created or email to respond. Is this how the compang treats its customers. Would not recommend

it’s been over 4 day now they keep giving excuses as the payment failed at the provider and the reversal was initiated ,now they are saying i mobile payments my take upto 3 days ,its morw than 3 days already and to make the matters worse they ignored my emails ,my live chat messages and they have the audacity to reply to another account
