Deriv P2P app Version -2 update – Real name hidden & bank copy option missing

Hello Deriv Team,

Happy to see that Deriv P2P App Version 2 has been published ,

After the latest Deriv P2P update, some usability challenges have been observed while using the platform:

:one: Real name visibility

Currently, only the buyer/seller nickname is shown while the verified real name is hidden. This makes payment verification more difficult and may increase the risk of third-party payments.

:two: Bank details copy option in mobile app

The copy option for bank details appears to be unavailable in the mobile app. Manual entry increases the chance of errors during payment.

Because of these changes, payment verification has become more challenging for some users.

Kindly consider:

• Showing the verified real name (at least partially masked), OR

• Providing a safer alternative verification method

• Restoring the copy button for bank details

These improvements would help enhance secure P2P transactions.
