Deriv P2P Balance
We’d like to inform you that in order for your funds to be reflected in your P2P balance, you need to make a deposit via our P2P system.
To check your P2P balance and subsequently withdraw funds through P2P (sell), please ensure you meet one of the following criteria:
- Deposit via P2P only OR;
- Made profits from trading using the funds you deposited via other payment method
If you had used a different payment method to deposit (not P2P), unfortunately, you will not be able to withdraw your funds via P2P. Hence, in that scenario, please proceed to withdraw using the previous method you’ve used.
