Dear Community Members,
We now have a new Deriv P2P feature which is the user rating. Deriv P2P user rating is a system for the Deriv P2P order counterparty to rate their transaction experience with you upon completing an order. It will be displayed under your Deriv P2P nickname.
The counterparty can only rate if the order is Completed status in “Past orders” as shown below.
The overall user rating will be reduced if the counterparty rated low score on the Completed order as shown below.
Keep in mind that the higher your user rating, the higher the chance your ads will get choosen by the interested counterparty as your ads will be given a higher prioritize to appear at the top of the active ads page.
