Error message in Dbot: Self-Exclusion limit

Have you received any of the error messages above? If the answer is yes, this means that you have set a self-exclusion on your account. The error messages include:

1. You have exceeded your daily/7-day/30-day limit on losses
2. Purchasing this contract will cause you to exceed your daily/7-day/30-day turnover limit

If you have set self-exclusion on your account, it stops your Dbot from running. The self-exclusion help to limit your trading activities should you need them. If you would like to know more about the self-exclusion, you may refer to this post in Deriv Community: Self Exclusion Tool

To remove these limits, you would need to remove the self-exclusion in your settings. Prior to removing it, you would need to acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your actions, and we are not liable for any addiction or loss.
