Forgot my Mt5 password
Hi, @aitesis-alsikes-2 . If you need to reset your MT5 account password, please follow these steps:
1. Create a new password that: Includes at least one special character (e.g., @, #, $, %, ^) Contains at least one number Has both uppercase and lowercase letters Is between 8 and 16 characters long
2. Go to Deriv App | Deriv and select the MT5 option. You’ll then receive an email with further instructions to reset your password.
Alternatively, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to initiate a reset.
