How to reset Deriv MT5 password on the web

Hello Deriv Community,

Here is how you can reset your Deriv MT5 account password on the website:

  1. Log in to your Deriv account and you’ll land at Trader’s Hub.
  2. Go to CFD section

  1. Click the “Trade” button, and a pop-up will appear. To change the password, you need to click on the Forgot password button

  2. Once you click the pencil icon, a pop-up page will appear. Click “Change password”.

  3. You will receive a verification email to reset your password.

  4. Once the verification link has been clicked, a new window will be opened for you to enter your new password.

  5. You can proceed to log in using your new password.
