Here is how you can reset your Deriv MT5 account password on the website:
Log in to your Deriv account and you’ll land at Trader’s Hub .
Go to CFD section
Click the “Trade” button, and a pop-up will appear. To change the password, you need to click the pencil icon in the password section.
Once you click the pencil icon, a pop-up page will appear. Click “Change password”.
You will receive a verification email to reset your password.
Once the verification link has been clicked, a new window will be opened for you to enter your new password.
You can proceed to log in using your new password.
