I cannot remember my MT5 account number and password. Advice me

Kindly follow the steps below to reset your MT5 passwords;
- Go to the MT5 dashboard (Deriv App | Deriv).
- Click on the ‘Change MT5 password’ button. Then, click on the verification link sent to your email.
- Set your new MT5 password.
Do take note that for MetaTrader accounts you have 2 types of passwords, if you use the Investor Password you will be able to view only without any access to place new trades.
Therefore, if you would prefer to place new trades, kindly use the Main Password.
