Hi, I lost my email access linked to my deriv a few weeks ago after I had a virus problem on my phone andhad it factory reset. I don’t remember the password and I’ve tried recovery multiple times but they keep sending the code inside the same email I’ve lost access too. So I want to know please if there’s a way I can change the email linked to my deriv after losing access to the email. I can login to my deriv account but can’t withdraw because of email verification. What do I do?

Hi Paola, I’ve reached out before, your team said I should contact my email provider, which I’ve done multiple times. Still I can’t get access, that’s why I decided to post here, if anybody has had the experience. Because it seems there’s no option for email change manually on the account.

I have not been able to trade on derive since December simply because I lost access to my email attached to deriv.it has been frustrating to try recover it from google and upon reaching out to deriv live chat has beared no fruit either.currently am frustrated wondering what next.Am requesting for assistance from the community to enable me change my former email to my current email address.
Hi, I lost access to my email that is linked to my Deriv account. I have tried all the recovery methods but I haven’t been able to recover it. Google, my email provider is advising that instead I should open a new account. Recovery code is being sent to a phone number that I no longer have access to. I escalated this matter to your assistance team through ticket 12049137+F8O8P but your team is advising that I should recover the account as instructed by my email provider yet the email provider is asking that I open a new account. I really need assistance with this.
