Lost Access to My Email that Is Linked to Deriv Account


I lost access to my email that is linked to my Deriv account. I have tried all the recovery methods but I haven’t been able to recover it. Google, my email provider is advising that instead I should open a new account. Recovery code is being sent to a phone number that I no longer have access to.

I escalated this matter to your assistance team through ticket 12049137+F8O8P but your team is advising that I should recover the account as instructed by my email provider yet the email provider is asking that I open a new account. I really need assistance with this.
