lost acceess to email linked with deriv

I have lost access to my gmail account , that was linked to deriv.

now deriv has been asking to contact gmail /google to get it back

google does not reply or help personal gmail account , please let me know what to do , I can not get access to my email back

now deriv is not letting me open a new account as old is active even when i closed it with zero balance

Someone logged in my account and with draw all the money
