I have been locked out of my email linked to deriv.When I logged into my Deriv account I discovered password has been changed.
Alerting Deriv to act fast the AI bot Amy is not helping.How can l have human support Deriv? You used to be good Deriv but now your AI assistant is not doing a satisfactory job as far as resolving issues of hacked accounts

The lack of human input from Deriv side here or on Livechat platform has resulted in very very poor customer care which used to be so good.
Guys really really secure your emails with all Google recommendations and be careful when using DP2P as plenty thieves are operating there who can intercept you.
By now meanwhile I think I have lost all my money in Deriv for the second time
