Guys I see Deriv has completely removed human agents on Support platform either on Live chat or Whatsapp.I don’t have an email for Deriv where I can send my query.
AI bot Amy has frustrated me since 30 March 2026 up to 8 April 2026.I believe I have by now lost funds to a hacker because it has taken so long to resolve this issue.Please someone tell Deriv to go back to the days we used to have human agent when AI assistant could not satisfy clients
