Deposit not showing up.

Hi there im having trouble getting in touch with support.

I have tried live chat on the deriv website and on whatsapp and im just stuck waiting on support for more than 24 h.

I also emailed deriv support without success.

I have made a deposit and funds have been withdrawn from my account but is not showing up in my deriv account.

good day I was am trying to get through with an agent for this long time I was supposable got restricted account I don’t know why is that but I was sorting it out with one of the agent and I was getting somewhere and then they told me that they had sent over my information and now I am not hearing from anyone, and no one is answering my messages my agent that was on this was called Amy! I remember her name very well so was I talking a real agent or it was an robot. I need some answer or I would have to find some other broker to trade with.
