Payments and deposits as well as a lack of or absence of an actual human agent

I recently made a deposit that has not been credited to my account, on trying to reach help desk, they gave me a bot that has been taking me round in circles and very frustrating… I would like to know if anyone has experienced the same and if this bring ls into question the legitimacy of Deriv as a broker.

Reaching help desk via live chat or WhatsApp is the same thing over and over and offer no help whatsoever.
