Address Verification failed

I am trying to get my Deriv account verified. For some reason, after the verification failed the first time, the submit button is disabled. I am trying to produce a valid document for verification and the platform is not allowing me to submit it successfully. The chatbot is useless also. It asks me to wait while they connect to a person to chat live, it never happens. How do I get in touch with the support team? How can I get the issue resolved??
