Withdrawal Unavailable & Verification Keeps Failing - No Response from Support

I am facing a critical issue with my account and desperately need assistance, as the standard support channels are completely unresponsive.

Currently, the withdrawal option is unavailable on my account. The system prompts me to update my data and verify my identity, but every time I try to submit my documents, the verification fails without a clear reason.

I have tried reaching out to support via Live Chat and WhatsApp, but I have been completely ignored for days. My messages are left unanswered, and I cannot get past the automated system to speak with a human agent.

Could a moderator please look into my account, escalate this issue, and help me verify my documents so I can regain access to my withdrawals?

“This seems to be an automated response. As I clearly stated in my original post: LIVE CHAT AND WHATSAPP ARE NOT WORKING. I have been completely ignored on both channels for days. Sending me back to a broken support channel does not help. I am stuck in an infinite loop. I need a REAL moderator to send me a private message (DM) here on the forum so we can resolve this.”
