Withdrawal using Deriv P2P is now quite complicated now with the new verification process of emails. Yesterday i faced a challenge when i was about to release the funds to my friend but i couldn’t release them because e.customeriomail.com server was down and i tried the whole day but nothing was done. I contacted the support but i didn’t get any help. Today i even requested for my refund due to late responses but no refund was done
