Hi, I am having trouble with my verification, I uploaded every possible way of verification but still I am told to load other documents that I even dont know how and where to get, I don’t get help from support, all they want is for me to upload document and I’ve been run out of documents to load as I don’t have anymore documents left, what should I do?

Not happy with service from Deriv. 3rd time submitting a bank statement to verify my address, and they keep declining it, a bank statement thats clearly stating my name and address, so what is going on, really not happy.
