Inactive Cashier

Hi Deriv, I have not been able to transfer between my USD account and Deriv X account. I currently have funds in my Deriv X account but I am unable to transfer it to my USD account and as a result I am not able to request a withdrawl. Essentially my funds are locked in my Deriv X account for the time being. Can someone please confirm is there is a known issue related to my query. Thank you.
