Hello, I have difficulties in depositing into my deriv account. Also I cannot withdraw as well. I tried to see if I can use other means of transaction since Jeton is diabled, but it is not available on my account portal. For withdrawal, it says I cannot withdraw via Payment agents. Please how can you help to solve this problem?
