I experienced a server freeze that destroyed my acount, there was no server maintenance announced for today, it crashed the Server-02 from 08:57 to 09:27.
I had 6 open trades that would of made profit, as the market opened I had suffered a loss that took my whole account.
Will my account be compensated for this loss?
