My crypto deposit not credited since 4 hours

Hello Made a deposit on my deriv account since 4 hours now to take a particular trade. Transaction confirmed on the blockchain but still pending on Deriv.

Deposit made with TRX (TRON). Sent message to support chat and WhatsApp but only a bot replying and asking me to wait.

Dear Deriv, this bug from your aside made me lose money today and I’m sure you are not going to refund me that money. You need to avoir this kind of problem or at least get some of your agent available H24 instead of us talking to a robot.

very frustrated and disappointed about this situation who at the moment I’m typing it’s not resolved or even escalated to the right team.

I’ve try to attache the deposit details but also the trade I’ve planned to take but it’s said « New users can only attach one media ». at this moment Trade is successful.
