I deposited money on Friday but it still doesn’t appear on my deriv account

Looks this problem isn’t new. I having the same problem too as we speak. Made two deposits both didn’t reflect. It’s day two today. It usually takes 3 minutes for crypto deposit to reflect.
No maintaince or faulty system was announced.
I have already spoke to more 4 agents. Nobody is helping.
I wonder if I will get help at all.
It’s no different than being scammed, just unreliable
