My deposit isn't reflecting on my deriv account

I made a deposit of 10$ through bank transfer on the 3rd of this month and I was debited instantly from my side but it hasn’t reflected yet on my deriv account and today is 8th making it 5 days now….

The most annoying part is that the support group are useless… try contacting them their response is just annoying upon I provided all the necessary details of the transaction still yet they are not doing anything about it

Pls I’d be grateful if you will look into my case
