My deposit is not reflect

I made a deposit on 14/4/2023 through mobile Tigopesa but it is not credited to my Deriv account.
And the mobile customer agent state it is deducted with transaction ID and reference no. But Deriv they keep hidding around the bush. Same stories all the time
