Deposit from skrill to deriv wallet not showing

Good Day i have a deposit problem. i deposited $96.90 from my skrill account into the deriv but i my money does not show in my wallet. I hae proof of transfer from skrill. my account balaance is still $0.00, Please help. I have been waiting for 2 days and the robot troid gave me a ticket number but still not attended yet
