My standard Vanuatu account disabled

My standard Vanuatu account disabled yet other accounts are working. I tried to contact support through WhatsApp but they failed to address the issue or give me a reason as to why it was disabled. My proof of address is verified. They just created a ticket to relevant team but they contacted me through email but they have not addressed the issue again. It’s now months but still my account disabled without appropriate reason given. My email are being ignored since they can’t reply to my email. This is boring and frustrating.
