Hi y’all, I have been trying to solve my damn problem. the fact is that I bank wires & cash oayments… everything good. but then I tried “Manual bank deposit” so they show me a code and I pay with my bank account. I didnt get any cent of that. and I spoke to deriv service and they say that I didnt make any deposit… like yo fo real I GOT THE CODES AND DE EXCTRACT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I ain’t liying, Im not sure whats going on but DERIV most be seen what happend with our transations. I mean if a broker CAN’T show me WHAT HAPPEND with my deposit… dude Im starting to lose my faith in this broker.
