$245 has been debited from my trading account, and the transaction is labeled as “manual rescind,” which I do not understand and did not authorize.
I have tried to contact support through WhatsApp and their website. At first, they reviewed my case, but after that, they completely stopped responding.
I need a clear explanation or a solution to this issue. This is not the right way to treat clients.
If anyone has experienced something similar or knows what this type of debit means, I would really appreciate your help.
