Please be informed that we process all withdrawal requests within a 24-hour timeframe from our end, and that the funds’ reflecting time is also subject to your payment method and your account status.
If you requested a withdrawal back to your VISA Card, it may take up to 1-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your funds to be reflected in your account. This timeframe will depend on the card’s issuing bank.
If you haven’t received your withdrawal after 5 working days, please contact our support to request an ARN code, which will help your bank locate and provide you with more details regarding your funds.
