The issue is that some of us have already used the money to deposit buying the 1voucher hence we are keen on the timeframe as we are stuck with the vouchers. Hence, we would appreciate a timeframe so that we know how long are we stuck with these vouchers. You can’t make an alternative if the money is already locked in the voucher. Moreover, there wasn’t any heads up that the payment system will be done, only to discover when making the deposit that it’s not available.
