If your withdrawal via bank transfer has been rejected or you did not receive your withdrawal, you can contact us via live chat for further assistance. It might take 15 working days for the funds to reverse to the Deriv account.

My withdrawal I placed since 6/10/2024 till date has not been credited to my account…
I did bank transfer,please what is the issues and your support team and costumer service are just too poor,for the past 6days,please I need my fund please…
