Please note that the withdrawal timeframe for bank transfers is 2 to 5 working days; some might take up to 15 working days.

We process all your withdrawals within 1 day. However, the processing times and limits on this page are indicative, depending on the queue or for reasons outside of our control.

If your withdrawal via bank transfer has been rejected or you did not receive your withdrawal, you can contact us via live chat for further assistance. It might take 15 working days for the funds to reverse to the Deriv account.
