Deriv is refusing my withdrawal from 2days they told me bank will take time or they done from thier end completed but making fool

However, there are additional processes that are required according to the payment method you used and these additional processes are not us.
The standard withdrawal processing time required by UPI is 1-5 working days which excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
If you do not receive your funds after 5 working days, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.
