My UPI Deposit has not arrived in my Deriv Wallet even after 4 Days.

I deposited 15 dollars and 16 dollars via UPI on 10th July 2025.The transaction was successful at my end but it was not credited to my Deriv Wallet. I contacted deriv team through their live chat option and provided all details like :

  • Transaction Amount
  • Transaction Date and Time
  • Receipt
  • Reference Number
    They told me that, they will resolve this issue within 1-3 days.However, it’s 4th day and i have still not received those deposits. When i contacted the support through live chat again, they are still saying it will take 1-3 days and giving me exactly same word to word reply that was given to me on very first day. A ticket was created by them and they had said that they had escalated the issue.However, I have neither received any update on that ticket nor any replies from anyone.

This is very frustrating. I recently started using deriv and also made some deposits and they were instant. Only God knows when my issue will get resolved. I don’t understand why they are taking that much time when i have shared all kinds of proof of my transactions.

How can one recommend deriv to others when a simple deposit is taking that much time and no one is helping.

Till now, The situation has not changed.My deposit has not arrived even after 5 days.When i am contacting through live chat, I am getting robotic response…i.e exactly word by word same response like:
