Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

CDD refers to ‘Customer Due Diligence’ which is the first layer of Know Your Customer. Measures were undertaken to collect personal information such as full name, date of birth, citizenship, and residential address (sign-up form) and verify such details by collecting documentation like a Passport/ID card and utility bill.

6.1.2. During registration, you may need to provide your full name, address, date of birth, place of birth, country of residence, contact number, and email address.
