My cashier is blocked and am required to produce a estatement for a virtual card which i tried using but did not go through (Unsuccessful). Customer support keeps sending me left right and center. I told them if the transaction was not successful. It will not reflect on my statement. And virtual card transaction only appear on main account statement only when successful. Am told to wait 1-2 days, every day after the 1-2 days. This is insanely disgusting and so unprofessional
