I tried making a deposit but a message popped up saying “deposits are locked”. Then there’s a notification in the notifications menu saying I should “verify identity”. After clicking the verify identity link, it just takes me back to the trade screen. Also my documents have been verified in the past. How do I solve this issue ASAP? Thanks.
