This is to inform you that the Deriv cTrader platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on
6 September, 5:00 am–8:00 pm (GMT). This update is carried out by cTrader’s developer, Spotware, to enhance the platform’s stability and performance.
What this means for you
During the 15-hour maintenance window, you may experience temporary interruptions with:
- Trading and copy trading
- Deposits and withdrawals
- Connectivity to cTrader services
These interruptions may occur at any time within the scheduled period. This does not mean that the platform will be unavailable for the entire 15 hours.
