The current Deriv TradingView is grossly inadequate. There are so many problems and the best version of it “Deriv X” has now been phased out. If you had an ear for what your users are experiencing, you would not phase out what is arguably the best trading platform for deriv. For example some of the problems that currently exist include

  1. The chart glitching on the 24H timeframe. This happens every single time you load a chart and open the 24H timeframe. It happens so often it’s no longer a glitch. It’s is now a system flaw that has existed for more than a year and you have failed to address it for this long. Very poor.
  2. The chart can’t go past 24H and this amazing feature existed on the Deriv X platform which you have now phased out. The Deriv X platform had both the Weekly and Monthly time frames.
  3. Saving and syncing online is not available like you have On TradingView. Whatever you have analaysed and marked out on the chart using one device is locked to that device. The moment you log into another device, you have to start the process of analysing again. This is the same with chart customisations and saved trading pairs. Deriv X fixed these issues but again for some reason, it has been phased out
  4. You could also place trades on the Deriv X platform while you can’t do that on the existing platform.

You can argue that cTrader address all this concerns but have you used that platform? It is the most unusable, unresponsive and unintuitive
